The woman who needs no introduction. Not only is Rachel our Founder & CEO but she is the absolute Heart and Soul of Rosco's Rescue. Rachel has turned her passion for dog's into her life's mission. 

"From a young age, I always had a love for animals with an especially soft spot for dogs. 

When I was a little girl, I would always tell my grandpa that my heart's desire was to have my own dog, and from there that desire grew. I not only have my own dogs, but I want to save the dogs that I see without homes. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to have a husband who supports this, and encourages me to pursue this passion. Though fostering and rescuing dogs has its challenges and its ups and downs, I love it so incredibly much. 

Dogs gives so much love and ask for so little in return. I truly believe every dog deserves to know love at least once in its life. "

 Meet our CFO, a financial guru with a heart of gold and a spreadsheet for everything. Charlie is not only the heart behind the numbers at Rosco's Rescue, but also the loving husband to Rachel, our founder.

No one knows the phrase "So ... I found a dog" quite like he does - a phone call that he's been on the other end of, more times than this CPA can count. Aside from being the financial backbone, Charlie provides endless support emotionally, mentally and physically, for Rachel and the Rescue. 

When he's not crunching numbers or saying 'yes' to another dog, Charlie is fully embracing his Louisiana roots. His love for Boudin, Crawfish and the New Orleans Saints is almost as strong for his love for dogs, but whether it's Mardi Gras or any given Monday, this CFO's dedication to Rosco's Rescue is incomparable. 

 Say hi to Caitie, the creative powerhouse transforming our rescue’s visions into a reality. Our killer website and scroll stopping graphics that you’ve been admiring? That’s Caitie. But her work goes deeper than just aesthetics - her creations are fueled by her love for dogs and her dedication to Rosco’s cause. 

Beyond the screen, Caitie’s likely buried beneath a cuddle pile of her three adopted pitties, with the familiar sounds of The Office reruns playing in the background. If her hands aren't full enough, she's also chasing around three human children, making being a full-time mom look like a (beautifully decorated) piece of cake.  

In a world that needs more heroes, Caitie isn’t just crafting our cape ... she’s adding black glitter and pairing it with matching combat boots.  Not only is she here to help us make a difference, but she’s also going to make sure we turn heads while doing it.  

One of the founding members and lover of all things in nature, she is constantly finding new venues for us and giving us all the coolest spots to have pop ups
