You found a stray dog and didn't want to leave it on the side of the road, but now you don't know what to do.
- did you check to see if the dog was chipped?
- Have you posted on Paw boost, next-door, Facebook, and other social medias?
- Have you checked with your neighbors to see if someone was missing a dog? Not everyone has social media so going old school might be helpful in finding the dog's owner.
- File a found report with your local shelters
Please check the websites listed below for helpful information regarding the safety and care of dogs.

If you have found a dog and tried all the suggestions without success, you may fill out an intake form and foster application. If you and the dog are approved, you will be able to bring these dogs to our adoption events if you financially sponsor them. Meaning - you pay for their vaccines and get them spayed/neutered. You would also be responsible for the dog and its care until it gets adopted. If the dog is returned to the rescue it would go back into your care. Since we are a non-profit, we aren't financially able to help all the dogs, even though we'd like to.
